Registration

The Four Trails Hike is located in the City of Rancho Mirage and runs along the cliff of the City Hall and across the street from the City Hall.  There are four trails in this hike: Jackrabbit Trail (.5 - .75 mile), Bighorn Overlook Trail (.5 mile), Chuckwalla Trail (1.5 miles) and Roadrunner Trail (.5 - .75 mile).   All four trails are not connected.  Two trails are located on the east side of Frank Sinatra Dr (Jackrabbit and Bighorn) and the other two on the west side (Chuckwalla and Roadrunner).  We will cross the street (Frank Sinatra Dr), and may walk along the side of the street to connect to the trails.   The trails are narrow and follows a winding course through the steep and rolling foothills of the Santa Rosa Mountains.   Hiking on these trails offers some outstanding views of Rancho Mirage, Cathedral City, Cathedral City Cove, Palm Springs, and the valley.
