Kent Jackson and the ORPS Rainbow RV Club are hosting this Game Night at the Outdoor Resorts in Cathedral City. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet other gay men and women who also enjoy the outdoors.
We will be enjoying our game night in the luxurious accommodations of the La Palma clubhouse. The facility is huge and can accommodate 100+ individuals. Unlike our typical game night, we will have full access to a commercial kitchen, refrigerator, and ice machine.
Behind the clubhouse is the massive and fabulous heated pool and 10-man hot tub that is available to owners and their guests. Unfortunately, the pool deck is scheduled for replacement in October so contacting Kent, owner and host of October's Game Night, encourages you to reach out to him if you want to try them out.
There is a lot of parking around the clubhouse, overflow parking is outside the security gate in the parking lot to the right as you approach the security gate.
Once you're at the security gate, tell the guard you are a guest of Kent Jackson and his event at the La Palma Clubhouse. You'll have to give your name so the security guard can check you off of the list. The clubhouse is just beyond the security gate entrance, so you'll find it easily.

Note: You must be a Great Outdoors Member to attend this event due to liability risks. Guests without prior membership can join here. You cannot join at the door. This does not include the members of Rainbow RV.
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE:
5:00 PM to 6:00 PM - Check-In, appetizers, social, and swim time
6:00 PM to 7:00 PM - Potluck Dinner
7:00 PM to 9:00 PM – Game time, social, swim time, maybe Karaoke!!!
WHAT TO BRING:
1) Pool Time - If you want to swim please bring swimwear and a towel. Nudity is not permitted.
2) Potluck Item for at least 8 people.
3) Your own beverage(s): alcohol for personal consumption or to share is allowed. Great Outdoors provides water and ice.
4) Table Games you want to play (Great Outdoors provides many games) However, you are welcome to bring a game that you would like to play with other members.
NOTE: Bring potluck dishes/snacks/etc. "ready to serve" in a serving bowl or dish.
Our chapter is in serious need of Game Night Hosts! If we can't find hosts, we will no longer be able to have game nights. You do not need a pool, you just need a house and backyard patio that could accommodate as few as 25 or as many as 60 people. Please reach out to Robert and volunteer.
