Join us for a 25-mile fast paced bike ride around the perimeter of Palm Springs using the CV Link. This ride is ideal for riders with e-bikes or those who are accustomed to moving quickly on standard road bikes. We’ll try to maintain a pace of about 15 mph.
Starting at Denny’s in Cathedral City we’ll catch the Link on Date Palm, then head west to downtown Palm Springs. At Belardo, we’ll turn north and use residential streets, going through Old Las Palmas, then cross Palm Canyon at Racquet Club Road.

Once we’ve crossed Palm Canyon, we will ride for about a quarter mile on a tricky section of narrow sidewalk, meandering around bus shelters and light posts. After that, the rest of our ride is wide open as we use the northern section of the Link to continue onward.
The construction on the underpass at Ramon is finished! So, we will have the pleasure of crossing under Ramon and continuing back to the starting point.
Meet Time and Location: Meet at 7:45 am at Denny's in Cathedral City (Map click here) for a prompt 8:00 am departure.
What to Bring: Water (2-3 liters recommended), snacks, sun protection, and layered clothing. Carry emergency contact information. All riders are strongly encouraged to wear helmets. Remember to inflate your tires to the recommended PSI. You may want to bring a tire pump, spare tube, and bike tools.
