We acknowledge that the lands from the Coachella Valley to the Colorado River are the traditional homelands of the Cahuilla, Chemehuevi, Mojave, and Quechan peoples. These communities have stewarded this land for countless generations and continue to do so today. We honor their enduring presence and ongoing connection to these sacred lands.
