SB/VC - Pismo/Grover Beach Meadow Creek Trail-Monarch Butterfly Grove Walk

SBVC Day Hike: Pismo Beach-Monarch Butterfly Grove Boardwalk (Meadow Creek Trail)

DESCRIPTION: Roundtrip Appx: 3 mi walk, 1.5 hr, mostly flat.
This is an easy coastal trail along the beach with ocean views, the golf course, and local wildlife. The Monarch Butterfly Grove is along the side of this trail and a 15-minute stop can be easily achieved. This is a semi-urban walk with lots of opportunities for dining and souvenir shopping along the way. Dogs are welcome but MUST be on a leash. Please dress in layers as it gets windy this time of the year. Don’t forget your “Walking Essentials.”

WHERE TO PARK: End of Grand Avenue. We will meet at the paved plaza by the bathrooms.
