Let's Have Some Fun!

Plenty of free parking.

Schedule will be:

6:00 PM    Let's meet in the bar area for drinks (optional), introductions, socialize, toss around ideas/suggestions and make merry.

6:30 PM We will move to the restaurant area, order food (optional) and begin our meeting per the agenda where the various trip leaders will have a chance to highlight their recent and upcoming trips, and answer any questions. We will continue to focus on planning  activities for the remainder of the year.

Any and all members are allowed and encouraged to attend and participate!  (Please be aware that only Core Group Members are allowed to vote during the Core Group meeting.). 

Meeting will adjourn upon completion of agenda!

Please register if you plan on attending!  There have been instances where 10 people register and then we have 20 or more show up.  Which is great as we love having a party - but then we are scrambling to fit everyone into our area.
