PS - Parade of Beds & Bed Race

THE ANNUAL PARADE OF BEDS & BED RACE

Join our team and help us push our bed to Fame and Glory!

We will wear similar outfits with a creative Great Outdoors theme.   This is our inaugural appearance in this event.

The annual BED RACE & PARADE is the signature event of Cathedral City LGBT Days. Teams of 5 (four runners and one rider) race a themed bed on wheels down Ave Lalo Guerrero and compete for cash, prizes and glory while thousands cheer them on. Emcee Bella da Ball and KGAY's John Taylor host the fun, with live performances by The Dreamboats and Palm Springs Gay Mens Choir.

After the Parade of Beds, each bed lines up in turn at the start line and the Bed Race begins!

FAME & GLORY

Prizes and awards are given out after the Bed Race for the following categories:

• Fasted time & Runner Up
• Best Decorated - 1st -3rd
• Most Spirited
• Best Theme

The Event is covered by local press and winners photos are included in the post-event release and service to media outlets.
