EVENT:
Join us for a bicycle tour down to the ocean from Bixby Park and along the shoreline bicycle path. On this tour we'll head east on the bike path below bluff park and into Belmont Shore and Naples Island. We'll cross over canals and cruise through Marine Stadium and Nature Reserve, Colorado Lagoon, and Recreation Park. There will be plenty of time to stop and take in the great views, snap some photos, and relax into the Sunday Long Beach vibe. Bring a snack and lots of water.
Sounds like a lot, right? That's one reason it's called Long Beach. Don't worry, we will go at a relaxed rate to enjoy the tour.
Optional at 3 PM (-ish): After our ride we can walk across Bixby Park for "Tacos (or other food) and Drinks" at Beach Garden Social House: https://www.yelp.com/biz/beach-garden-social-house-long-beach-2
Registration for up to 30 people. Free but must register in advance via the GOLA website. Please also sign up for carpooling if you can.
