Monthly Chapter Meeting

At this meeting we will be discussing recent past events and planned activities for the next few months!  Oh yea, you have the option of eating too!  Hungry?  YUMMY!  Vegan Options Available!

Suggested schedule will be:

1.  6:30 PM  All members & Core Group arrive by 6:30 and either pre-order your food or order while on site.  Introductions, eat, socialize, toss around ideas/suggestions and make merry!  Each person is responsible for their own food and beverage ordering and payment. 

2.  7:00 PM.  Core Group will begin their meeting per the agenda along with the general meeting where the various trip leaders will have a chance to highlight their recent and upcoming trips, and answer any questions.  

Any and every member is allowed and encouraged to attend!  Please be aware that only Core Group Members are allowed to vote. 

3.  Meeting will adjourn upon completion of agenda!

SPECIAL COVID RELATED REQUIREMENTS:

Participants agree to abide by the following as a condition of registering for this event:

1 - Follow Federal, State, and Local COVID guidelines as well as the directions of the event leader.
2 - Maintain social distancing (min. 6') and wear a face mask if social distancing is not possible.
3 - Do not attend if feeling ill or have any symptoms of COVID.
4 - Contact the event leader if you test positive for COVID within 14 days of the event.
