    HIKING SAFETY PART I:

PREVENTING FALLS AND STAYING FOUND

The two most common incidents hikers face are falling and getting lost. Learn the important skills to keep upright and safe in a variety of hiking conditions, and how to "stay found," a critical hiker skill that means more than just not getting lost. One hour presentation followed by discussion and Q & A.

A good review for both experienced hikers and  anyone headed out on the trail.

Zoom meeting link and passcode will be send with registration confirmation and in the email reminder.
