CORP - Training - Covid Protocols Event Leader

Beginning April 15, 2021 all chapters are authorized to conduct outdoor gatherings with limits and conditions in compliance with Federal, State and local guidelines.

All Event Leaders need to complete this training prior to leading and event. Independent study and self certification.

Learning Objectives

• Understand the challenges of running a trip during COVID restrictions

• Identify important considerations and limitations

• Prepare for variable conditions on the day of the event 

Review the following prior to leading an event: 

• Review Reopening Covid Protocols Planning Training document 

• (Optional) Review COVID Leadership presentation. 

• (Optional) Watch the 30 minute Online Training Video for Volunteers. This video provides risk management and decision-making guidance.

• After reviewing the above training documents, submit a self-certification of completion.
