North Lykken Trail to Museum Trail

Description: Short but Steep. We will hike from the tail head at the end of Ramon Ave.to the picnic tables at the intersection of the Museum Trial. The trail winds among granite boulders with eventual sweeping views of Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley. Bring snacks for a short social time at the picnic tables as we rest before the hike back.

Bring Ten Essentials (click here), water (1 to 2 liters recommended), trail snacks, sun protection, layered clothing. Carry Emergency Contact Information (ICE). Sturdy hiking footwear with good tread and adequate drinking water are required. Hiking poles may be helpful
