PS - Hike: Whitewater View Loop - PCT

We have added another hike leader, John Ryan, to accommodate everyone. We will have two groups. Carpooling recommended as parking is limited at the trailhead.

• Hiking time: 2-3 hours
• Total Elevation Gain/Loss: 900’
• Trailhead Elevation: 2100’
• Difficulty Rating: Moderate

The trail follows the Whitewater River up to the PCT junction where we will climb the switchbacks to the summit with great views. We will continue a short distance along the PCT and descend to the Whitewater Canyon Road and back to the parking lot.

Bring Ten Essentials (click here), water (1 to 2 liters recommended), lunch and snacks. Sun protection and layered clothing are recommended. Carry Emergency Contact Information (ICE). Sturdy hiking footwear with good tread and adequate drinking water are required.
