Join Great Outdoorsfor a visit to the amazing Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach. The Aquarium is located just across the street from the Long Beach Convention Center, off of Shoreline Drive at 100 Aquarium Way, Long Beach, CA 90802. Visit the New Pacific Visions Wing – just opened! Journey inside the new stunning glass building to experience a state-of–the-art immersive theater, interactive art installations, engaging multimedia displays, and live animal exhibits.

Parking: When the Aquarium lot is full, you will be directed to ‘The Pike’ parking structure (which is about two blocks away). The Pike Parking entrance is on Chestnut and Shoreline, just across the street from the Aquarium’s main lot.

Home to more than 11,000 ocean animals, of nearly 500 species, theAquarium celebrates it’s 20thAnniversary and the Pacific Ocean… the planet’s largest and most diverse body of water.
The Aquarium of the Pacific is a world-class aquarium, exploring the waters of Southern California and Baja, the Northern Pacific, and the Tropical Pacific. In addition to the three main galleries highlighting the major regions of the Pacific, the Aquarium features exhibits outdoors, including Shark Lagoon, the Lorikeet Forest aviary, and Our Watersheds: Pathway to the Pacific. Our special exhibit gallery features ‘FROGS: Dazzling and Disappearing’, and visitors can learn more about veterinary care at the Molina Animal Care Center. Meet our colony of Magellanic Penguins in the June Keyes Penguin Habitat, and engage with current science in the Ocean Science Center featuring NOAA’s Science on a Sphere®.
