Happy Hours ends at 6 PM, so get there and order your 1/2 price drinks and any food orders before 6 PM for Happy Hour prices!
Schedule will be:
5:30 PM Introductions, eat, socialize, toss around ideas/suggestions and make merry! Each person is responsible for their own food and beverage ordering and payment.
Core Group will begin their meeting per the agenda where the various trip leaders will have a chance to highlight their recent and upcoming trips, and answer any questions. We will continue to focus on planning activities for the remainder of the year.
Any and all members are allowed and encouraged to attend and participate! (Please be aware that only Core Group Members are allowed to vote during the Core Group meeting.).
Meeting will adjourn upon completion of agenda!
Please register if you plan on attending! There have been instances where 10 people register and then we have 25 or more show up. Which is great as we love having a party - but then we are at a scrambling to fit everyone.
We will be seated in the outdoor covered patio which is heated but you may consider bringing a hoodie, jacket or sweater.
