  • Toolbar with formatting options shown below:


  • Insert image 

  • Insert file in event details – will appear as a hyperlink

  • Insert hyperlink: highlight the word(s) - click on hyperlink symbol above - pop up opens - paste hyperlink in the slot - choose “open in new window”

  • Edit hyperlink: place cursor over the hyperlink - click hyperlink symbol - click edit

Pasting content from other sources

Copy and paste into WA works best if you remove any formatting, i.e. Bullet points, etc.

To completely avoid introducing formatting issues, WA suggests that you paste only clean text – text without formatting. To paste text without formatting, use the Ctrl + Shift + V shortcut on Windows, and the Command + Shift + V shortcut on a Mac.


Tip: Paste into a Word doc as ‘Keep Text Only’ then copy and paste into WA details. Switch to ‘Public View’ to check formatting and how the location of an image appears in relation to the text. Copy from Google Sheet or Docs and pasting into WA should work okay. Note - all photos must be added via the WA drop down and insert menu.
